It goes without saying that your roof is the most important part of the house. Even our early ancestors understood this. When out in the wilderness, needing shelter from the elements, the first first looked for was a roof of some kind. Roofs protect us from harsh weather, particularly rain and snow. All bad weather comes from above and pours down on top of us. So I think its agreed upon that the roof is the most necessary part of the house. But what can we expect to get out of a new roof? Shelter, and the ability to save on unnecessary cost associated with leaks from storm damage.
